Our Founder & CEO
Nichole Thompson founded Altum Solutions, a consulting firm helping leading corporations, nonprofits, federal agencies, and tech innovators navigate digital transformations with human-centered strategies. Her experience spearheading enterprise agile transformations equips her to guide organizations through complex IT modernizations. Nichole aims to inspire women of color in tech with her journey from adversity to trailblazing tech leader. She holds an MBA in Information Systems Management and serves ambitious organizations nationwide on their digital acceleration journeys.
